The kick-off ceremony was officiated by Mr. Tang Ping Keung, GBS, PDSM, JP, Secretary for Security; Mr. Wong Kwok Hing, CSDSM, Commissioner of Correctional Services. And Dr. LEUNG Kin Ip, Kenneth, CSDSM, Deputy Commissioner of Correctional Services was invited to be the award presenter.
