S.A.S. Electric and RSL Microelectronics, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of S.A.S. Dragon entered into the Distributorship Agreements with SHARP Corporation appointing S.A.S. Electric and RSL Microelectronics as the Distributors of various products under the brand name of “SHARP” in the Exclusive (Hong Kong and Macau) and Non-exclusive Territories effective from 26 September 2016. Non-exclusive Territories refer to Guangdong and Fujian Province and the Special Economic Zones of Shenzhen, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Zuhai, Fuzhou and Hainan Dao and any other territory which may be agreed by SHARP Corporation and RSL Microelectronics in writing.
 
S.A.S. Electric was appointed as the sole and exclusive distributor of various products, including but not limited to, audio-visual products, home and kitchen appliances and air-conditioning products and business equipment and solutions products under the brand name of “SHARP” in the Exclusive Territories and RSL Microelectronics was appointed as the sole and exclusive distributor of electronic components under the brand name of “SHARP” in the Exclusive Territories and the distributor of electronic components under the brand name of “SHARP” in the Non-exclusive Territories.
