On 20 October 2014, the Group acquired the property at Luen Fat Industrial (No. 2) Building, Nos. 51-55 Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong with a total gross floor area of about 54,417 sq. ft. at the consideration of HK$222,800,000. The Group intends to use the property as its office and warehouse for its core business expansion.
