The Board of the Group is pleased to announce that on 12 October 2015, Hi-Level Holdings submitted a listing application to the Stock Exchange for an application for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the Hi-Level Shares on the GEM Board. The Hi-Level Shares are intended to be listed by way of Placing.
 
The Hi-Level Group is principally engaged in the sales of electronic components together with the provision of IDH Service to original design manufacturers and original brand manufacturers of consumer electronic products.
