We are pleased to announce that on 12 June 2015, S.A.S. Electronic (Shenzhen) acquired the whole of the 29th Floor of Kingkey Timemark in Futian District, Shenzhen with gross floor area of 2,168 sq.m.. at the consideration of RMB117 million (equivalent to approximately HK$146 million).

The Company intends to use the Property as its office for several business units within the Group for its business expansion.

The property is currently under construction and is expected to be completed on or before 30 June 2016.
