We are pleased to announce that on 4 June 2015, S.A.S. Investment acquired the remaining 45% interest in SPT at the consideration of HK$4,500,000. After completion, the Company will indirectly hold 100% of the equity interest of SPT and SPT becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
