S.A.S. Electronic, a wholly-owned subsidiary of S.A.S. Group, entered into Master Distributor Agreement on 1 September 2011 with Marvell Asia granting to S.A.S. Electronic as distributor of various products of Marvell Asia in the PRC.

Leveraged on Marvell Technologyˇs leading position in the semiconductor industry, the Group believes that the distribution business of Marvell Asia can allow the Group to tap into the networking and storage markets and complement its existing product lines in mobile, wireless communication, consumer electronic and LED lighting markets which further enable the Group to provide full range solutions to our customers.
